Refund policy

What is your Return Policy?
We hope you’ll love all of your Noorré products, but we understand sometimes a product may not be right for you. If you need to return your product(s) for a refund, please send back unopened or gently used items within 5 days of purchase. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our website noorre.co.uk. Products purchased from any retail partners must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, we do offer exchanges. We accept unopened and gently used products for exchange within 5 days of purchase. If the replacement item has a different price than the one you are returning, you will either receive a refund for the difference or be asked to pay the remaining amount. What will happen with my refund if I’ve used a discount code?
No problem! We will refund the amount you paid after the discount and applicable sales tax, based on the item’s sale value.

How do I make a return?

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund, depending on their policy. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact your bank or card issuer.

You can check your shipment tracking number or email returns@noorre.co.uk to confirm the status of your return.
